Dates Announced

The national Planning Inspectorate has announced that a Public Inquiry is to be held in relation to the refusal of Chelveston Renewable Energy Ltd’s application to develop a wind farm comprising 9 turbines on the Chelveston Airfield.

WHEN? The Inquiry will run for 9 days, starting on Tuesday 6 March until Friday 16 March 2012.

WHERE? The Council Chambers, East Northants Council Offfices, Thrapston, NN14 4LZ.

WHAT CAN I DO? The Preserve Group will be holding a briefing meeting for all villagers on Friday 11 November, 7.30 p.m. at Yelden Village Hall.

NB – any comments you may have already made at the previous stages of the application will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate and copied to the appellant. These comments will be taken into account by the Inspector in deciding the appeal.
